MIRODA SALON

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience with Miroda Salon. My wife went there for underarm and hand waxing, and her skin was badly burned across all the areas where the waxing was performed. This was not a minor irritation—the skin was visibly damaged and caused significant pain and discomfort. What made the experience even worse was the salon's response when we went back to complain. Instead of properly listening to our concern or taking responsibility, the staff seemed completely dismissive. We were also extremely concerned about the products and creams being used during the service. Some of the creams/products appeared to be expired or not fit for use, and we strongly suspect that the use of improper/expired products, along with incorrect waxing techniques, contributed to the severe skin reaction and burns. When we asked one of the staff members about her qualifications and what work she was trained to do, she told us that she was a nail artist. This honestly made us question how someone without proper waxing expertise was performing a procedure that can seriously damage the skin when done incorrectly. The overall impression was that the salon has poorly trained and unprofessional staff performing services without adequate knowledge, training, or attention to customer safety. Even after causing this serious injury, the salon did not show the level of concern or responsibility we expected. Customer safety should always come first. I would strongly recommend that people think very carefully before getting waxing or other skin-related services at this salon. Based on our experience, we will never return here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
