Looks Salon

The most pathetic salon in kalkaji and CR park. Always smelling like seepage, no one cares. I am a regular costumer in this salon for past 3-4 years, but no respect/welcome/salutation nothing. Every time I come here, I always complain about the smell, but no one cares. Staff is so arrogant that if you don’t give extra tip after hair cut, then next time he will not be willing to come for you. This is a service to costumer based Industry and you are neglecting your costumers? Luring for extra income? Not listening to costumer feedback? This salon is only running because of ladies as they are making big bills. Never ever go to this looks branch, it should be shut off…

I got face cleanup from Anitaji she really relaxes me calm me down and does her face cleanup with so much of patience I would recommend all to get the face ckeanup done from her

Had my body polishing, body massage, shampoo and hair cut at this please. My first time in Delhi India receiving beauty services and they have an excellent service most specially Muskan. What a relaxing experienced it was. Thank you so much.

I wonder why google doesn’t have minus rating options. I went to looks salon a week ago and ask them to suggest some treatment for my hair. My hair were in good quality and had good texture but still they recommended me to undergo hair smoothening treatment. They charged me 10k+ for the treatment and assured me that it will give a straighten and shinier look to my hair and will last for at least 6 months. I was afraid to loose the length so I asked them to trim as less as they can. After the treatment I felt something wrong with my hair but on asking they convinced me that its just the texture which will go after few wash. Now after 2 wash I can clearly see that they have burnt my hair. I was afraid to loose the length and today I need to cut my hair short. Highly disappointed. Please don’t fool people for money. It can ruin someone’s special occasions. I request everyone to have a look at the photos before considering this salon.

Visited Looks Salon CR Park. Excellent service by Anita. I wish her success & prosperity

The services provided was really great. Staff is really polite and good at their job. Priya did such a painless eyebrow threading and Ashwin did such a beautiful job with my hair. Really happy with the service! Services Haircut, Service not listed

They have completely ruined my hair. I went to Looks, CR Park, and got my haircut done by Vivek. When I asked him to shorten my flicks slightly more, he refused out of sheer ego. To take revenge, he deliberately destroyed my haircut and aggressively thinned my hair. My entire hair volume is gone. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror anymore. My confidence is shattered. This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and intentional damage. I am going to sue them. Services Haircut
