Got makeup done from Looks, Ashok Vihar. The makeup was wonderful, I was especially delighted by counselor Ritu, her presence made the big day go much smoother, better and stress-free.

Bad Experience at Looks Ashok Vihar I had parked my car properly on the road and I was not disturbing anyone. Another lady parked her car behind mine and went inside Looks salon, because of which my car was completely blocked. I went inside and politely asked the receptionist about the car. She told me that the person would come shortly. I waited for some time, but no one came. When I asked again, she said the lady is taking a service and it will take more time. I told her that the car should not have been parked behind mine and it is wrong to block someone’s vehicle. Instead of understanding my problem, the receptionist spoke very rudely. She said why I parked outside Looks and that the road outside also belongs to Looks. She even told me to go and complain to the police if I wanted. I felt very upset by the way I was spoken to. Staff should behave politely and respectfully. I hope the owner takes this seriously and trains the staff properly. Such behaviour is not acceptable.
