I will not recommend looks to any one. Staff are extremely untrained and not professional. I had visited looks in the month of February for my wife hair treatment which includes kera shine, ola flex and pin straigh smoothning. Post her hair analysis the above mentioned treatment was recommended by their hair specialist and cross selling of their products was done with an assurance of long durability and elasticity of the hairs. After one month we have observed the sudden hair fall and wrinkeled hair and every thing was back to original the way it was before. Due to lockdown we were not able to revisit . Now that I have visited the looks and the way they have handelled this that was not acceptable. Very pooor service# misleading staff# Try to find escape board without solution # money making platform through misleading statements. It's ashok vihar looks . I will never visit this place. Negative Professionalism, Value
