I got my global hair color at this salon for the ist tym n that was amazing . Staffs were polite n good. They gave proper tym to my hair after the prescribed time was over but still it was good. Best salon for everything. Price is also very affordable.

had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked party makeup and hairstyling for a wedding function for five people and paid ₹15,500, but the service quality was extremely poor and unprofessional. The makeup looked dull with no glow at all, and all clients were given almost identical hairstyles without considering individual preferences or hair types. My hair is naturally rough and frizzy, and I specifically requested that they straighten the top section before curling so it wouldn’t look puffy. They assured me it would be handled, but nothing was done. They curled my hair directly, which made it look even more frizzy and messy. The front braid was done on rough hair and became messy within minutes. The staff member handling my hair (possibly named Mamta, a thin lady) seemed inexperienced and unsure. She kept saying everything would be fixed at the end, but nothing improved. Meanwhile, she and other staff members were talking in coded language and making comments comparing clients, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was obvious they were judging clients based on preference. They applied sindoor in such a hurry that it spread across my forehead. Even basic finishing touches were missing. When we requested simple kajal for my mother, they refused. Despite us carrying heavy outfits and having a baby with us, none of the staff offered any help with our belongings—even though our car was parked right outside. They also didn’t allow our husbands to come inside to help carry items, which made things even more inconvenient. Overall, the service was rushed, careless, and lacked professionalism. For the price charged, the experience was completely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
