Hi! It was our first experience at this parlor, this place is known to us for a very long time even when it was not shifted where it is now. So the only thing done there was eyebrows and some upper lip and facial hair, it was very disappointing when we reached home that the whole face had scratches, it's causing so much pain, itchiness and looking like cat scratches to be honest, they are still present, I do not wish to down your reputation but they need to be careful while hiring their employees, as they have huge reputation and reviews but the first impression is the last impression. As of our point of view, the parlor was fully occupied and that's why due to hurry, they did something very bad, it could be your trainee or something. But please look into this matter seriously. This salon is amazing and every staff member is patient and very cooperative. I have been taking thr services for years now first I used to go when Khushbhoo used to be there, however since she moved. I was little scared to go due to having sensitive skin.. Very rude staff they show you attitude for nothing. If it’s deal or not but you should talk professionally. I was their old customer since they were in small shop but this time o am so disappointed by their attitude definitely going to discontinue here for forever
