Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unskilled Staff & Hair Damage My friend recently visited Geetanjali Salon at Select City Walk, Saket, for a haircut, texturing, and hair color. She was initially highly apprehensive because a close friend had shared a terrible feedback about Geetanjali salon. However, giving them the benefit of the doubt and trusting the brand's reputation, she decided to try it herself. It turns out her friend was completely right. She gave crystal-clear instructions to the stylist regarding the exact haircut, texturing, and specific color shade she wanted. What she walked out with was a complete disaster and looked absolutely nothing like what was discussed. Not only did they completely miss the mark on the cut and the choice of color, but the chemical execution was so poor that her hair has now been left incredibly frizzy, dry, and visibly damaged. For a premium salon charging premium prices at a flagship location like Select City Walk, this level of amateur service and lack of basic styling competency is unacceptable. You didn't just ruin her look; you damaged her hair texture. We expect management to look into this immediately, address the lack of training here, and reach out with a resolution. Price ₹2,000+
