Geetanjali Salon | Select city walk

Excellent service by Raj (Hair Stylist).

We were visiting from Scotland on holiday, and over the course of two days, my wife, sister-in-law, and I had the pleasure of experiencing a wide range of services at the salon. We spent approximately ₹45,000 on services and purchased around ₹12,000 worth of products. We were also introduced to their value cards (₹11,000 and ₹21,000), which are a smart option for anyone planning multiple visits—they offer great savings and added benefits. Overall, our experience was pleasant and professional, with just a few areas that could benefit from a little refinement. I personally opted for hair colouring, a head massage, and a facial. The hair colour was done well and met expectations, and the head massage was especially relaxing—beautifully executed. The facial, however, left room for improvement, as some visible blackheads remained despite being pointed out. It’s a small detail but one that could be improved with a bit more attention or training. My wife had a keratin treatment, hair colour and touch-up, and a French facial. She was absolutely thrilled with the results of her keratin treatment, and her facial exceeded her expectations—she was genuinely impressed. My sister-in-law also had a facial/cleanup and was very happy with the outcome. The salon does tend to get quite busy, so we’d recommend booking in advance to ensure a smooth experience. The environment is clean, professional, and generally welcoming, with courteous and helpful staff. A few small suggestions that could enhance the overall experience: hospitality during waiting times could be improved—proactively offering coffee or refreshments would add a lovely touch. Additionally, while the team was well-meaning, there was a bit of over-enthusiasm in promoting products during or even before services. Product suggestions are always appreciated when relevant and timely, so a slightly more subtle approach might be more effective. That said, we did end up purchasing quite a few products! In summary, the salon provides a broad range of quality services in a professional and clean environment. With just a little more focus on staff training and guest comfort, it has the potential to reach an even higher standard. We’re happy to give our experience 4 out of 5 stars and look forward to visiting again next year—hopefully with a few of these thoughtful enhancements in place.

I went to geetanjali select citywalk and met Arsh there, i would say he is the best hairstylist, he has 10+ years of experience he created a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and listens to my needs and preferences. He maintained Professionalism and hygiene standards very well.

Only thing good here is their massage chairs and their front desk 😄 or maybe coffee ☕️ Don’t come here. All the reviews that you see with 5 stars? They write it themselves… Went there for eyebrows 3 years back- the girl gave me an arch of left and a round brow on right… guess what? I still haven’t grown my brows back. ITS BEEN 3 YEARS!!!!! After complaining she denied doing anything and said the eyebrows look perfect while inwas standing there looking like a clown with an arch and a round brow 😭 family made fun of me for whole freakin month…. My sister went here a few months ago for a haircut- they continuously ignored her requests of certain bangs and no volume and did what they wanted to do… Guess who’s laughing at my sister for a bad haircut? Me. 😄😂
