Geetanjali Salon | Select city walk

I had the Guinot Age Summum treatment done by Sunaina at Geetanjali Select City branch and it was an amazing experience! She was professional, gentle, and explained everything so well. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend🫶🏼 …

Best place to get any kind of salon service, Asif is the go to person for men He’s really professional and knows what you actually want. All the employees are very helpful

I’ve used their services before and found them decent, but this time I’m truly disappointed. I went in for a haircut with clear instructions: no short front hair and layers only. I even showed reference photos. Despite that, they cut a noticeable amount of short hair in front, a mistake I still regret two months later. Trying to stay positive, I decided to get my hair colored next. I specifically requested balayage, not global color, and again shared references. The result looked like an uneven global dye job with blotchy tones. When I asked for a correction, the stylist demanded extra payment and told me to return after a month. At the counter, he barely let me speak, dismissing it as a “small patch.” Thankfully, the receptionist intervened and scheduled a fix within two days instead of a month. When I returned, the stylist made me sign a waiver stating I wouldn’t complain if my hair was damaged. Unfortunately, after the color correction, my hair was indeed badly damaged. I said nothing further, thanked him, and left. Whats unfortunate is I even paid 2k extra to control the damages. Because the quality had worsened so much, I had to get hair smoothing done at another salon. Hair is deeply personal, and stylists should listen to clients rather than impose their own ideas. The color job was the worst I’ve had in 7–8 years of regular coloring, and ironically, the most expensive. A truly disappointing experience. This experience continues to trouble me even after two months, prompting me to share my review. I initially avoided posting anything negative to protect the artist’s professional reputation, but I paid in full and trusted the brand to deliver. When you’re paying a premium compared to other salons, you naturally expect quality work. Services Hair treatments, Haircut, Hair coloring, Balayage
