I’m giving 2 stars only because the salon fit me in as a walk-in 15 minutes before closing for a wash and blow dry, otherwise I would have given less. The hair wash itself was fine, blow dry was very below average. But everything after that left a really sour taste. I don’t know the name of the stylist, but early into the appointment after washing my hair, he asked if I was on any medication which I found really random and odd. When I asked why, he said it was because my hair was falling and breaking excessively. I explained that I was aware of my hair fall and that it’s likely stress-related and briefly mentioned I have a few big events next year which I am planning for. What completely shocked me was his response—he said something along the lines of, “If your hair continues to fall at this rate, you won’t have much left for your events next year. It will be very less” I was stunned. I honestly felt like crying in the moment. Even if there is an issue, there is a respectful and sensitive way to communicate it. I already know my hair is fragile right now, and to have someone say that to my face so bluntly and without any empathy was incredibly hurtful. I sat there feeling humiliated and not knowing how to respond. He then recommended I use L’Oréal to help with breakage, and at that point I couldn’t help but wonder if this was all just a sales tactic, which I really did not appreciate all. The blow dry itself was very rough and rushed. Again, I understand it was near closing, but I wish I had been told upfront that there wasn’t enough time for a proper blow dry before agreeing to go ahead. I also asked if he could quickly straighten a couple of tiny baby hairs that were curly —something every other salon I’ve been to has always done after a blow dry. He first said they’d stick out if he straightened it, and then said it wasn’t included in the price. It would’ve taken 10 seconds at max. It just felt like a series of unnecessary pushbacks over really small things. There were a few other minor frustrations, but the way I was spoken to about my hair was what really stuck with me. The experience left me feeling judged, and really disheartened. As I was leaving, someone who I assume was the manager asked how my experience was, but I didn’t have the words in that moment—I just said thanks and left which I now regret. Really disappointed overall. I appreciate being fit in last minute, but I genuinely wish I hadn’t gone. I would not recommend this salon and will not be going back - please train staff better. enjoyed great service by Aamir, he is a great hair stylist with good suggestions. i took a decision of cutting my hair short and he made sure i dont regret it.

I had a very nice haircut by Mr. Bhura. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a style that suits my face perfectly. The salon is clean, and the service is professional.

Hey i am a regular customer at geetanjali saket mall being 2 years Because of bhura ( the hair dresser ) i took membership yearly now he has left the job so i want my refund asap! Because we are like 8-10 people coming here because of him only! Please suggest me whom to contact also the nee hairdressers are not at all professional here they talk rubbish
