Geetanjali Salon | Select city walk

Satisfied with the haircut services provided by Bhura. Got haircut done for myself and 02 children below 05 years. Just the haircut style we wanted. SuperLike 👍🏻to Bhura. …

Very nice service ! Definitely recommended! Skin care by Sunaina and hair styling by Rajan and his team were both excellent. Thank you.

Isha is so so excellent at her job, very patient, experienced and skilled. both waxing and blow dry were excellent

Mr. Rohan was super professional with the service. Like the experience I had for my hair spa. Also, liked the way he was keen on recommending general tips for hair care.

Had a lovely experience. Mr KUMAR was very patient with my daughter who was unable to move freely due to post surgery situation. He handled the kid very well and brought a smile to her face. Bhima - good rituals and treatments. Thank you very much. Thanks.

This complaint is about geetanjli salon from city walk abd for their staff member. Dear Geetanjali, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent encounter with one of your staff members, Rajan, at Select City Walk. During my visit, Rajan displayed rude behavior and an attitude towards customers that was both unprofessional and unwarranted. It is essential to emphasize the importance of providing a positive and respectful environment for customers. Additionally, it is concerning that Rajan seemed to judge customers based on their looks, which is completely unacceptable. It is crucial for your team to treat every customer with fairness and impartiality, regardless of their appearance. I believe such behaviour is not reflective of the high standards that Select City Walk is known for, and I trust that you will take appropriate measures to address this issue. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and instances like these can tarnish the reputation of your establishment. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing improvements in the customer service experience at Select City Walk.

Very good service, I loved it Vynai and summit

I visited geetanjali salon for the first time in select citywalk and the services were amazing. I took hair spa which was done by Rohan and the haircut done by Muraf. Both did a brilliant job. I'm loving my new look❤

Had a lovely experience in this place. Especially the hair wash was amazing. Special thanks to @ANIL, got the best massage. It was absolutely perfect with perfect amount of pressure and technique. Will keep coming back for sure.
