Salon Nirvana by SS (A unit of Salon Shallas)

I loved the makeup 💄 my makeup is super good all thanks to Kashish she is professional makeup artist 🎨 …

My mother travelled about more than 18 km each way to get microblading done, and the experience was shocking. When they arrived nobody attended to them for 20–25 minutes. Then one staff member appeared, asked a couple of questions and left. Ten minutes later another staff member came, told my mother she would need three sittings, said “I’ll be right back,” and disappeared — we waited another 15 minutes with no help. We had to ask the pantry/helper to get someone because we were running late. Another attendant then said only one sitting was needed, left without proceeding, and did not actually perform any consultation. Finally, a different person rushed them to the clinic and claimed ten sittings were required. Throughout this entire visit: • No one offered water or checked on my mother, despite the heat. • Staff gave conflicting information — three or one or ten sittings — showing they clearly do not know how to consult properly. • The tone was rude and very unprofessional. • My mother felt dizzy from standing and waiting; we left angry and distressed. This is not a minor inconvenience — it was disorganized, misleading, and potentially unsafe for clients who might require medical/beauty care. If you value your time, health, and peace of mind, do not go to this salon. They need serious staff training and basic respect for customers.

I have used their services for Gel Nails for my daughter, the nail paint didn't even stay on for 1 week and they were overpriced than other saloons nearby. Hair job for self was good quality but definitely priced higher. I had taken a quote for Facial which was double than what I paid for the same facial at another nearby saloon. Services Hair treatments, Kids' cuts, Nail art, Haircut, Nail designs

Absolutely satisfied with my experience at Nirwana by SS! The makeup was beautifully done by Ms. Anita – truly impressive work. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout. A big shoutout to hairstylists Piyush and Aditya for doing a fantastic job as well. The owner is humble and ensures every client is personally attended to, making sure they’re fully satisfied with the service. Totally worth every penny I spent. I highly recommend booking your makeup appointment here without any hesitation – you can trust them with your eyes closed! The makeup stayed flawless throughout and looked very professional. Thanks again, Anita, for making my day so special! 💄✨ Will definitely be coming back!

I Got my nails done and the cuticles are not cut properly and the buffing is not proper. I did not like the service. I told the owner and he also ignored me.

Got my makeup done from Anita and it was beautiful and elegant She’s actually good

They will tell you on WhatsApp that the price is less and then increase 1000 rupees on arrival. You can check in the chat for the design she said 1000-1500 and they did not even do that nail art for me and charged me more for a simple design. Never go there. They are awful and the staff was in a hurry to go to a party. They booked my appointment but did not give me time. Services Nail art, Nail extensions, Nail polish changes
