Worst service, its like a fish market every customer is explaining themselves but nobody is bothered enough. The owner of the salon is trying to micro manage things but the staff is extremely unprofessional. No satisfaction with the service.

They burnt my hair very very badly while applying color to them. Now they have become extremely dry and keeps on falling from roots. I can't comb my hair now as they entangle so badly no matter how effective hair creams I apply. I am undergoing treatment from a dermatologist now which is very costly and it may take atleast a year to fix my hair . Very big disappointment. I have lost a lot of my hair and they are burnt from the scalp area. Their hair expert cut my hair as well closely from scalp to hide his offense. Very unethical ! Although , everyone else felt very sorry for this incident and apologized many a times . But unfortunately everytime when I see my hair , it's hard to forget !
Worst service..I had done from there..they just make fool when I asked the price before going there they told me less and after reached salon they just increased 70% amount they said 8000 amount of Botox with hair colour when I denied to agree they said we will give the discount and they charged me 5500 for Botox and hair colour which is also different amount they showed on the Instagram 2000 hair colour and 2500 Botox according to then 4500 but I have done this service in 5500 and After just one wash, my hair is as good as before… very rough ☹️ Don’t like the service #ghatiyaservicetheyhavedone
