Makeup Mystries Delhi - Salon & Academy

I have taken my pre-bridal services from Makeup Mystries and the staff was so good and cooperative. Loved all the services. Looking forward to try hair services as well from them. Thank you so much Team

The service is bad, whatever is said in the offer is not done at all. The way of speaking of the staff is very bad. The work is not done even in 10 to 12 hours my botox service I had a pack for 2999. The work is going on smoothly. Total money waste😡🤬 Services Haircut, Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Skin care

Bahut hi kharab experience raha. Salon wale attractive offers dekar customers ko attract karte hain, lekin actual service package ke according bilkul nahi dete. Jo package liya tha, uske hisaab se promised services properly provide nahi ki gayi. Products ki quality bhi bahut disappointing lagi. Mere baalon par aise products use kiye gaye jisse mere saare baal kharab ho gaye aur mujhe kaafi regret hua ki maine yahan service li. Staff ko customer ko pehle hi clearly batana chahiye ki package mein exactly kya milega aur kaunse products use honge. Sirf offers dikha kar customers ko attract karna aur baad mein proper service na dena bahut disappointing hai. Mera experience bilkul achha nahi raha. Main personally is salon ko recommend nahi karungi.

I had a very disappointing experience at Makeup Mysteries Salon. I was charged ₹4,500, which is a considerable amount, yet the overall service did not meet my expectations at all. The staff’s lack of professionalism and basic expertise was particularly concerning. During the hair wash, my hair was pulled and handled extremely roughly, which was quite uncomfortable. On top of that, the hair dryer was used directly on my head with excessive heat around 4–5 times, making the experience even more unpleasant. honestly fail to understand how a salon can advertise attractive offers to bring in clients but then provide such poor-quality service. The service should match the price being charged, and unfortunately, that was not the case with my experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on proper staff training, professional service, and, most importantly, customer satisfaction. I would not recommend the salon based on my experience.
