Makeup Mystries Delhi - Salon & Academy

I took their smoothening + keratin and their service was very nice honestly saying

I took kerashine treatment from here and I really got very much satisfied from their service, their service staff owner all are very professional thankyou for a transformational service.

I went to their salon after watching an Instagram ad where they showcased many offers (photo attached) I chose the offer of global plus keratin priced INR 1499/- They mentioned free hydra facial and haircut which is totally fake they will not provide any facial or haircut. Now coming to the offer global plus keratin is also just to attract customers as they provide only black colour for global and keratin treatment is just like a conditioner applied which is done after the shampooing process and this conditioner cum keratin is applied and then they do not wash the hair also. They will apply the conditioner cum keratin and will dry the hair and will ask to wash the hair at home. Also their so called global colour is applied in such a way that they didn’t even fully covered my greys. I am totally disappointed with the service and will not recommend anyone to go there just by seeing the Instagram ad as the option is only one or two also nothing is free. They are just trying to make customers visit and then the rates are totally different. Totally a scam.

positive feedback praising specific staff, excellent results, and a pleasant atmosphere, such as "My stylist, jai, gave me the perfect hair color botox and was so friendly!" I'm very satisfied from service's 💫 Services Shampoo & conditioning, Bridal services, Bridal services, Haircut, Skin care, Facials

I recently got the Kerashine treatment done, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! My hair feels so much smoother, shinier, and frizz-free. The treatment has made styling so much easier, and my hair looks salon-fresh every day. What I love the most is the natural shine it has given without making my hair look flat. Definitely worth it for anyone looking for manageable and healthy-looking hair

It's amazing 🤩 i like the service and after results …

Poor service they use fake products saying Loreal and Schwarzkopf. Please check while taking service. They promote themselves by fake offers they sell fake hydrafacial, the haircut that they include in package is just trimming. They told me that we guaranteed if any problem occurs but post service they just told you that if you want we can just check but no service will be provided again free of cost. I took kerasmooth from here and it didn't last for a month. I keep sending the owner the photographs but she responds once in a while. Worst service experience. Took Looks, geetanjali atleast if they charge the result lasts.

Worst experience I went through Instagram and took a package of 2999 when i reached I asked the person who was sitting on counter about the services and product he didn’t cleared me out nd walks out in the middle of conversations and other staff came and started global colour and which was just basic one then they just applied conditioner in the name of keratin and said package m basic hi aata h ye wala Tum phle bta do na isme aisa hota h Hydra facial k name pr they give u fruit facial And worst part is nail extensions k naam pr they just sticks nails no shaping and all and also give cheaper nail paints Or karayenge bi usse jisko nhi aata
