Had a really good experience with the hair conditioning service. The parlour guy Arun checked my hair type first and explained what kind of conditioning would suit me. He was gentle while applying the product and took his time to make sure it was done properly. After the wash, my hair felt super soft, smooth and less frizzy. The shine was visible immediately. I had a very disappointing experience. The staff completely ruined my wife’s hair. Even after she clearly said no and expressed discomfort, nobody listened — neither the staff nor the manager (Sahiba). This was our first visit, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst.
