They explained the steps properly and tried to make me comfortable throughout the session. The facial was relaxing, and eyebrow shaping was done neatly. Waxing was done carefully, and hygiene was maintained. The prices are reasonable compared to nearby salons, which makes it a good option for regular beauty services. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. With a little more attention to finishing and product explanation, the experience can be even better. I would recommend Prabha Makeover for basic beauty packages at affordable rates.

Very disappointing experience. I had earlier posted a genuine Google review, but the owner contacted me on Instagram and asked me to delete it. After that, I was blocked, which is extremely unprofessional. When I visited the salon again, the staff behavior was horrible and very disrespectful. Especially Annu and Bhawna were rude and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The owner only contacted me to get my review deleted and did not try to resolve the issue. Overall, this salon lacks professionalism and respect for customers. I would not recommend this place.
