The girl at the reception didn't accept payment thru credit card mode. It happened with me, both the times, I visited the parlor. In ur ad , then there should not hv been a mention of accepting payment thru credit card also. Please modify ur ad accordingly.

It's a nice place but the workers push you a lot to.get everything done.. which is lil too much. It completely depends on the customer whether they want to get some thing extra done... Guys kndly work on this pls.. else people will start going to other salons as we have lot of salons in the same lane .

This is just to come to your notice that today I have recommended Krasiva to one of my known colleague and he has visited the Cr park branch for some haircut service so staff has asked to wait for half and hour, despite have free staffs available they had asked to wait and even 4 staff is busy with one customer which I really felt bad and insulted that despite having enough free staff they had asked to wait for half and hour as my colleague was travelling all the way from Ghaziabad just for hair cut and this was the seen I shared and then I called up the number which was register on the krasiva site the person who had received the call was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to customer which I felt very bad ridiculous and I would never recommend this branch ever in my life Thanks

Best unisex parlour in the vicinity. Take utmost care in providing service. That staff are very well trained and welcoming, governed by very experienced lady. I don't go to any other parlour except Krasiva. Must visit.
