Mukesh sir is the best yoga guru I have ever met in my entire life, he is soo professional and an expert in yoga ,he literally knows each and everything and is way too perfect... ☺thanks for teaching me the best yoga ever sir... Would love to join yogic lifestyle again ....

Very beutiful session of yoga this morning. I would like to thank to my teacher Mukesh for his professionallity and preparation about yoga and meditation.

today's session was "Yoga Nidra" session (30 Aug 2019). After this session I have completed relaxed. I feel energy movement through body. For first time I have felt vibrations in chanting omm. Thank you Yogic Lifestyle organisation and Sadhak Mukesh Ji.

Yogic Lifestyle- the best place to heal mental anxieties as well as physical problems. I have thyroid which always interferes in the process of weight loss. But just after 15 classes at this magical place I can see a major difference in my body. I have also overcome the cervical pain. Furthermore, the sessions conducted by Mukesh Sir are like the extra feathers on the cap. They not only help us in improving our postures but enhances our knowledge pool.
