I have been to Rahul Ji yoga classes and this is best thing happened for me. Very prefossional teacher and postive attitude towards life. I am on break for few weeks but surely will be joining again. Also kids can join. All the best to Rahul ji.

I am Ramneek kaur . I joined the yoga classes this month only. I was suffering from issues like stiff back and pain in my leg muscles. It's a very good experience for me, in yogic energy centre it is nice and friendly.I never did yoga before,after a week of the class with Ms Fauzia I feel more confident,more positive and my body works better now.

Very good yoga classes and trainer. The trainers are very good and helpful. They provide nice yoga classes and are well trained. They have helped me in getting relief from back pain and have helped many more people and the fees is one of the lowest in the market.

Rahul sir is perfect yoga instructor, he observe very little things aslo about individuals, like posture,breath & timing, he is very good in making sequence of warm up , exercise & relaxation.
