Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this ENT after clearly mentioning that I have myoclonic tinnitus- objective clicking sounds caused by muscle spasms in my ear/palate area - and was looking for some real insight or solution. The doctor barely talked about it and instead sent me for a bunch of generic hearing tests (audiometry, impedance, tinnitus matching) that made absolutely no sense for my condition. Pretty sure, the audiologist clearly had no idea what “myoclonus” even meant. I literally had to explain it to her. The clicking is totally random, changes in loudness/frequency, and can even be heard by others- not a tone or ringing that TRT or maskers can help. Yet she was trying to sell me tinnitus maskers- which are completely useless for this kind of issue. They are good for subjective tinnitus where is tone is continuous and regular. When I returned to the doctor, I expected some real discussion about the cause, triggers, or treatment options for myoclonic tinnitus, but he barely said anything and just recommended TRT and CBT. While CBT can help with coping (but that’s something I can easily find on my own), TRT is irrelevant in such cases. I was hoping he would ask more questions like - Can the clicks be heard outside, Is it rhythmic or random, Is it continuous or intermittent, Is it 24 x 7, When is it most common, Any stimuli- talking, swallowing, yawning etc, Do the sounds stop during sleep etc but he didn't ask anything except for checking for TMJD. Overall, it felt like he had no understanding or interest in this type of tinnitus and was following a generic one-size-fits-all approach. Overall, this consultation was a complete waste of time and money. On top of that, it was ridiculously overpriced compared to other clinics. I only went because I could afford it and the doctor’s reviews looked good - but honestly, it’s not a place an average person should even consider.

I had a problem of thyroid from 3 months I am suffering lot for this so I visted Dr rajesh bhardwaj clinic sir advised to do the surgery of right thyroid cyst excision the surgery was done very smoothly after that dr adivesd me to visit in follow up now I am much better. One of the best EnT doctor but the staffs behavior is not upto mark , they behave little rude and act like the security guard of President of India. I came all the way from Manipur with so much believe ill be definitely cured and today was my 3rd visit and expecting another visit in 10days but the saddest part is the staffs are spoiling the Doctor patient relationship one should expect. Dear Doctor, all your hard work might get hamper by few of your staffs ..That's all I can say . Thanks
