Excellent service done by Mr dheeraj thakur. Very cool minded and supportive person ,i have ever seen.
The first service center of Mahindra so far I have known, who doesn't send your car by the pick up and drop service unless you pay the bill. As per my understanding customer always check the car first and than the bill is paid. Pathetic management I would say. They should be trained to communicate the customer well in advance about this. Last time my car was bummped from the back and i have to again send it back for repair.
Excellent service Near and clean launge area.
Ambience is very nice. The consultants and dheeraj are good in their behavior, reception formalities are too good and spoke nicely , all over good experience.
Great support by Roshan Rai, Service Provider. Wonderful welcome and problem solving ability of Roshan made my day.
Their service is fabulous- customer service & customer satisfaction is their highest priority. Shuman Sai Mahindra staffs are very professional, they take even small issues seriously & assure that 100% problems get resolved & customers walks with smile. Services Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Diagnostics service, Service not listed
Nice service place……..friendly staff full value of money
it is utterly disgraceful that my brand new Scorpio Classic from Shubhan Sai Dwarka, New Delhi, is fraught with issues. The first service at Mayapuri was inexcusably slow, and my car still makes noise even after part replacement. The engine light illuminates at speeds above 60 km/h, and the right back door is completely inoperative. Despite countless complaints, your response has been nonexistent. This level of incompetence is astonishing for a new vehicle. Disclaimer: I strongly advise against purchasing a Mahindra car; it is the epitome of poor quality.
Good service centre
Excellent service
