My experience with shuban sia mahindra for bolero was superb as they were always there for me from appointment to my delivery. Receptionist ms shalu ਇਸ good in all. Service advisor Mr. Piyush is a besetest advisor as I have ever seen in Al service automobiles I dustry.
Good service and all staff very coprate
I have done both 2nd and 3rd service for my Mahindra SUV 700 AX7L . During the 2nd service the service person forgot to attach a fuel pipe and as a result diesel kept dripping for 500 kms when i found out the problem. During the 3rd service while cleaning the car, the cleaner broke the front ac knob on the left side. When the matter was raised with the service supervisor informed that the part is out of stock and expected to get it done after a week. These I found are very unprofessional and lacklustre approach by Subham Sai service centre of Mahindra. Need an urgent action in this regard.

Very poor service done . There were spots all over my Thar and they claimed that car has been washed. Management is very unprofessional and do not understand the meaning of customer service
