I have been going to the National School of Yoga for a while now. I had trouble with sitting cross-legged before coming here. With the help and guidance of Ajay sir, I am able to sit cross-legged far more easily now than earlier. Besides, Ajay sir and other trainers at the National School of Yoga pay attention to each and every student to help them improve their technique of doing various asanas. This is much better than other yoga classes, where trainers don't pay equal attention to all the students. This is clearly the best yoga institute I've ever been to.
