This class is the best thing that has happened to me, the guru is well equipped with all the asanas to take you on a spiritual journey and lends his ear for you to talk your trauma out loud, the best thing about this, its not overwhelming, its a process with alot of interesting variations, its helps increase your body strength as well. On a scale of 1-10 its 12✨

Fantastic yoga retreat by NSY... We all went to Dharamshala, stayed at a fantastic hotel/resort in the lap of nature (in the mountains), did yoga in fresh air (on green grass), visited nice places & temples, did small treks, saw fabulous views (of snow clad peaks!), and experienced paragliding (one of the world's best) at Bir Billing...!! It was a refreshing spiritual retreat! In April 2023.
