Being here, It feels like that you are not in Delhi. In terms of the not just the greenery but the overall ambience. They keep monthly Pournami festivals (full moon Evening festivals), that is definitely the time to pay a visit here.

If you are in South Delhi, make sure to visit this place. It is located amidst lush green farms, very clean and green. Peaceful neighborhood. Isha foundation encloses; 1) Ling Bhairavi temple 2) Aroopa hall 3) Information centre 4) Consecrated Meditation Shrine 5) Kitchen and dining area In the campus premises. However for visitors only Temple, info centre and at specific time slot meditation shrine is made available to see. If you are looking to find a calm place to spend a few hours away from the chaos of this big metro city, you must visit Isha.

Wonderful place for spirituality. Totally green, no artificial ambiance, neat and clean, extremely polite staff, feel the presence of energy in meditation hall, consecrated linga bhairav temple, the whole estate is well taken care of.

This place is a very silent place and is full of trees. It's full of Nature, if someone is looking for peace of mind then must visit this place. While doing Inner Engineering I got a chance to visit this place. Inner Engineering is a transformative program that includes Yoga practices, sessions and meditative processes guided by Sadhguru 🙏. I would request who so ever come across my comments should once try Inner Engineering. It is really transformative 🙏🙂

My experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Situated amidst the Green farm house area , the center provides a unique and enriching environment for spiritual exploration and self-discovery. The well-maintained garden and the overall architecture create a harmonious atmosphere conducive to introspection and inner peace. The yogic practices offered by Sadhguru are both comprehensive and transformative. I had the privilege of participating in the Inner Engineering and hatha yoga programs and it was a profound journey guided by knowledgeable and compassionate instructors trained by Sadhguru . The program seamlessly blends ancient yogic principles with a modern approach, making it accessible and relevant for individuals from all walks of life. The inclusivity of the practices, regardless of one's religious or spiritual background, is a testament to the universal nature of the teachings by SADHGURU. The facilities is comfortable and clean, offering a simple yet rejuvenating programs. The vegetarian meals provided in some of programs are not only delicious but also thoughtfully designed to support the overall well-being of the participants. All good and lovely . Wish Mandi road was better than the mess it is in most of the time , inconvenience apart ...very time consuming , unpredictable. Also would request to : Add a phone number in the website which is available /reachable . Namaskaram .

The first step into the earth in Isha Center Delhi, and out of the center, i felt a difference. I realized it after I came out. The intensity was less outside and I had to engage with things and people and place more to feel happier. I realised, it didn't needed that much effort to be my Joyful self, inside the space. The space is energized (consecrated). From the wherever present pollution, heat etc of Delhi, this is the Shade of Life we had felt. I can't say more :) Oh the people inside, they Bow down to you as if you are a King or Queen, hehe
