Indira Gandhi Institute Of Yog Services - Delhi Govt. Reg.

I have been doing yoga and meditation for 4-5 years. And have tried multiple platforms and apps but the experience I got from this institute is truly awesome .. I realised there is still soo much to learn and the way these yoga teachers are conducting sessions is simply great. The follow along sessions are so engaging that I don’t realise how one hour just passes through.. also the art of loving sessions provide lots of meaningful insights . I am glad to have found this institute. This is bringing lots of positive change in me. Thank you so much 🙏

I have been taking individual yoga sessions with Shivam, and I am truly benefiting from the experience. Shivam’s personalized approach, deep understanding of yoga, and patient guidance have made a significant difference in my practice. Each session is tailored to my needs and goals, ensuring that I not only improve my flexibility and strength but also enhance my mental well-being. His attention to detail and ability to explain poses and techniques clearly make the sessions highly effective. I highly recommend Shivam’s classes to anyone looking for a focused and rewarding yoga experience.

The entire process, from attending the first demo session to beginning regular sessions with the instructor, has been smooth and well-managed by the organization. I highly recommend it for anyone starting yoga for the first time. Instructor Sarvesh kunar is good.

My experience with the institute was very nice. The instructor was very helpful in the classes regarding the yoga aasans and also gave good health related advices to those who joined. Each class is a complete package of warmup, yoga and meditation, all of which together turned out very relaxing.

I am delighted to tell you that my experience is superb, I am happy from guidance that i am getting from you. Thank you :)

I had a wonderful yoga session with Shivam! His calm and supportive teaching style made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. He guided me through each pose with clear instructions and encouraged proper alignment, making it suitable for all levels. Recommended!

Very good platform to learn and excel in yoga under proper guidance of professional coaches especially Payal ma'am

I am taking yoga classes for height increase for my son of age 11 years. Amit sir is very good and taking his personal classes. He shows each action by himself and also help him for corrections. Thanks
