Very poor client handling. The first person i.e., Pankaj Thakur, that you speak with in order to understand the services and charges is purely money minded and has serious trust issues. I provided a detailed description of what I am looking for and he responds asking if I am “really a customer” or some “vendor”. Then when you dont want to take the services because of such weird behavior, he goes on to pull off sarcasm. If anyone at the organization is actually concerned about their growth and image, give this guy some training and basic human decency. I definitely consider it as my stupidity to have even reached out when I clearly saw consistent complaints about this very individual. People have reviews specifically directed at him, going as back as 6 years. All the best. Never taking any services from you. 🙏🏻
Fraud organization.
