The brand has build up a reputation but this place is close to patheic. the rooms are in dire state of affairs. If you haven't seen mosquitos enough, do book a stay in one of their rooms. The staff seems to be courteous but is clueless about a lot of things such as laundry. They do not have in house laundry services, even the water served in the rooms is of a local brand. Only the dinning area sems to be the place saving them from any further embarrassment. If you happen to notice, do notice the filthy water all covered in "clean algae". Don't consider for weddings - They will be looting you in decor charges due to the single vendor clause. Neither was the service any good - Rooms turned out to be like a 3 star property, definitely does not deserve the 4 star tag. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3
