The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

A pretty decent gathering hall which can be used for any occasion, I suppose, be it a marriage ceremony or an award ceremony. Valet Parking facility available. Sound and light was decent too. The food was not other worldly, but it was ok (what you get in decent social gatherings). Alcohol available. The rest rooms were clean and hygienic. The only issue I found was the accessibility. It is visible and approachable if you have your own vehicle, but it didn't look very well connected with public transportation services in the vicinity. The decorations were reasonable too. Attaching pictures to help get a clearer perspective and idea.

Our daughter got married at the Ocean Pearl Gardenia (Pacific1) on the 22nd of Feb 2019 and we are pleased with the experience. The service we got from the staff was excellent. The staff was well presented and well trained for the hospitality industry. The people who deserve a special mention for going the extra mile to see that our function was a success were: Mahender Singh Gusain, GM and his colleague Parag; Kuldeep, Operations Manager, who was present till late to make sure that everything went well and all other service staff like Abhishek and others. The food produced by Mr. Govind, Head Chef and his team was par excellence and will be remembered by our guests for long. Special thanks to you Govind Ji, because of the magic of your food and service, we are considering to get our son married at your place whenever that happens. We also were pleasantly surprised by the service we got from the decorators, Amir S Arora and his team who worked with us to deliver what my daughter wanted. Thanks. S & N Raina

Nice location for a get together especially for a wedding. Has a valet parking facility inside the venue which adds to the convenience. Staff is very decent and cooperative. You are definitely going to enjoy it. Catering is full of flavours and variety and especially for vegetarians. Veg and Non veg counters are arranged and on opposite corners to avoid confusion.

In one word : Excellent! The kind of service and support we received from the staff for our wedding and cocktail events was beyond our imagination. Everything was top-notch, be it the management, the decoration, the food or the rooms. We would like to specially mention Mr. Sanjay Rawat for managing our events so well from the start till the very end, he arranged and ensured the best quality for everything. Our decorator Mr. Ajay Rungta was extremely professional and understood our requirements very well. He delivered a dream like experience. This review is not just from the bride and the groom, but from all the guests that attended the event. Thank you for making our wedding extremely memorable! Attended a wedding here. The ambience is good, but the food quality is pathetic. It looks like they are capitalizing on the decor and giving service and food quality a back seat. Had to go to another area, and that too in the basement for the washroom! There was no washroom in the banquet area. Much of the food served almost cold, and the sweet dishes tasted of synthetic.
