⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this swimming pool. The staff is extremely arrogant, rude, and disrespectful towards customers. They charge a 3-month fee that includes a trainer, but in reality, the trainer only attends for the first week. After that, you’re mostly left on your own. Even if you repeatedly request training sessions, your concerns are ignored, and the staff shows no interest in resolving the issue. What was even more frustrating was that they don’t allow customers to explain their concerns properly and behave in a very unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for proper coaching and respectful customer service. There are much better swimming pools where your money and time will be valued.
Reliable fee, Eco friendly environment, Staff have good behaviour, Water is neat and clean, Depth 3ft-6.5ft, Time for swimming 45min only.
