Ishita Swimming Academy Swimming Pool

It's pretty good actually

My booking was for 7:00 PM on 3 July 2026. I was traveling from Old Delhi, and due to heavy traffic I arrived about 30 minutes late. I even came back and politely requested the staff to let us in if possible, but they refused without showing any understanding or willingness to help. There were five of us, and all of us were denied entry. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of a police officer present there. He spoke to me very rudely, asked for my name, and instructed the staff not to let us enter. We remained calm and respectful throughout the conversation, so this treatment was completely unnecessary and very disappointing. I understand that every place has its own rules, but there is a respectful and professional way to deal with customers. Instead, we were treated with a complete lack of courtesy after traveling all the way from Old Delhi. The staff's attitude and the overall customer service were extremely disappointing. Our time, money, and plans were completely wasted. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope the management seriously works on improving the way visitors are treated. Mere saath mere 4 dost bhi the, hum total 5 log the, aur sabko entry se mana kar diya gaya. Sabse shocking cheez wahan maujood ek police wale ka behavior tha. Is jagah ka staff aur management customer service ke naam par zero hai. Mere paise, mera time aur meri poori outing dono kharab ho gaye. Main apne experience ke basis par is jagah ko bilkul recommend nahi karunga. Agar aap yahan aane ka plan bana rahe hain, to time se pehle pahunchna hi kaafi nahi hai—umeed rakhiye ki aapke saath izzat se bhi baat ho.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really good experience at Ishita Swimming Academy. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the overall environment feels comfortable and safe. What I liked most was the coaching. The coaches are patient, attentive and focus on improving your technique rather than just making you complete the session. They also pay attention to safety, which is especially important when you’re learning swimming. The staff is friendly and the timings are quite convenient as well. I would definitely recommend this academy to anyone looking to learn swimming properly, whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience. A great place to learn swimming with good coaches and a positive environment. 🏊‍♂️
