Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unhygienic Pool Conditions and Mismanagement at Dwarka Venkateshwar School Facility Dear Cult Fit Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the swimming facility at your Dwarka Venkateshwar School location. On [insert date, e.g., 1st June 2025], I attended my scheduled 6 PM swimming session and found the pool extremely filthy, likely due to stormy weather earlier in the day. Despite this, the session was not cancelled, and we were expected to swim in unsafe, unsanitary water. To make matters worse, the women’s washroom was in terrible condition — one stall had a broken lock, and another was too dirty to use. Even after the entire session, no cleaning staff had addressed the issue. This is unacceptable, especially considering that swimming is a paid service and maintaining basic hygiene and customer safety should be your top priority. Further, the limited availability of pool slots, combined with your strict no-show policy, seems to force members into uncomfortable and unsafe situations. This feels like a strategic decision that prioritizes profit over customer experience and wellbeing. I request that you: * Immediately address the hygiene issues at this facility. * Offer clarification on your pool availability strategy during summer months. * Consider reviewing your no-show penalty system in light of such service failures. Pool is overcrowded,taking members of other pool which is closed for maintenance They are interested in membership but don't provide healthy conditions. Pool is full by old members I don't know how they will accommodate the new members who are planning to join in coming summer. I am a member and raised such concerns but they never responded in positive way,they don't have any solution. Winters were terrible their pools were closed most of the time
