Worst experience of my life. Driver was so rude and owner was more rude We had paid some advance and as son as we entered the ride driver asked for more money Then driver stopped ride in middle of highway and asked to pay total money on start of the trip. My trip was of 4 days and he asked to pay full payment on 1st day before reaching the destination. Then we asked driver to take us to near by locations for sightseeing which he refused and owner also said not to take. I REQUEST NOT TO BOOK ANY SERVICE FROM VINEET KUNDRA, KUNDRA TRA

It was a worst experience dealing with Vineet Kundra, owner of the travel agency. I live in USA and was visting with family and friends from USA. I booked Tempo Traveller for Jaipur. Mr Kundra booked the trip(including toll, diesel), kept hefty amount as commission and sold the trip to some other agency. To cut the corners, driver was instructed not to travel through National expressway to save on toll tax. That took us 3 hours extra with bumpy ride. The vehicle was also dirty, Fan/AC and speakers were not working. I sent the message to Mr Kundra and he never replied back. On our way back, driver was instructed to collect all the payment from us. I called Mr Kundra several times and he did not pick up the phone. Driver threatened us to leave stranded untill we make the payment, and we were forced to pay. If you want to travel safe and care for your family, avoid booking your ttavel through Kundra travels.

Our family recently booked a Tempo Traveller from Delhi to Rishikesh and back, and I am utterly disappointed with the service provided. I strongly advise against booking with them, as they exhibit highly unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. To my surprise, they subcontracted the work to a third party without informing us. As a result, we were left in the dark and had no idea who was responsible for our transportation. This level of negligence and disregard for customers' trust is unacceptable. Furthermore, during the journey, the driver resorted to extortion tactics. They demanded additional money midway through the trip, and when we refused to comply, they stopped the vehicle abruptly, effectively hijacking us. This situation was highly distressing, especially since we had children with us. To make matters worse, the driver exhibited reckless driving habits, compromising the safety of everyone on board. Attempting to reach out to the owner for assistance proved futile. Despite making numerous calls, which totaled to around 20 attempts, the owner did not bother to answer any of them. This blatant disregard for customer concerns demonstrates their lack of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering this Tempo Traveller service if you value yourself and the safety and well-being of your family members. The unprofessional attitude, subcontracting to third parties, fraudulent demands for additional payment, lack of responsiveness from the owner, and unsafe driving practices are just a few of the many reasons why this service is highly pathetic and should be avoided at all costs.
