The shop keeper lied about the leather bags, they are faux leather and he overcharged for such cheap low quality bags. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The owner of this show is very rude and zero manner to handle customer. He always make feel customer if customer ask "can you reduce the price " then he say here is exit if you don't have money
Very disappointing and disrespectful experience at Dina Nath Store, Connaught Place. We visited the store to purchase two trolley bags. Initially, the owner assured us that two identical bags were available. However, after wasting nearly 20 minutes of our time, he suddenly informed us that the same bag was not available. We still decided to buy two different bags, and the total came to ₹4600. We politely requested a small discount of ₹100 and asked him to make it ₹4500. Instead of responding professionally, he rudely said, “Go somewhere else.” What was even more shocking was that the owner took out ₹200 from the counter and sarcastically said, “Here, take money from us,” which was extremely insulting and unprofessional. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Basic courtesy and professionalism were clearly missing. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. There are far better places in Connaught Place where customers are treated with respect.
