TRAVELLIN ( A COMPLETE BAG STORE )

Never visit. Pushed us a cabin bag with fake warranty and broke on the first day of use. Visited for a complain and he never listened Now the bag in Europe and may come after a long time. While selling we asked Samsonite and he convinced us for IT brand may be had more margin but he spoiled our tour.

World is full of kindness and honesty. I believed in it and got reassured when I visited "travelling" showroom. I am so taken aback with this incident that I would love to express my gratitude in detail. One day I went there to buy a bagpack. It wasn't my second visit to this place after being amazed with their collection and display. Not just travelling bags, the entire scheme of bags put up here are fantastic. From color options, to more choices in current designs, the variety is breathtaking. I made an online payment for my bagpack that took a while to process due to paytm app issues. Since my transaction process happened after 2-3 trials, i was unaware that the deduction happened thrice. I got just one message for deduction. After many days, i got a call from the owner telling me he has more payment in his accounts for this particular month and on analysis he found my number displaying more payment. He also requested me to come and receive the cash for the same. I was astonished to listen to this. Rs 3800 wasn't the reason behind, It was his honesty and gratifying gesture. I had reasons to come back to this place for it's variety and now I have much more in my heart with this experience. It proves that the world is full of oind hearted people

Excellent collection of suitcases. Very warm team and shows you the bags with a lot of patience.

Great place to buy suitcases. Their service don’t limit to only when you buy a product from their shop but continues for years later. They are extremely helpful. I had some password issue with my suitcase which they happily fixed over the phone while I was travelling to Malaysia. I highly recommend it. 🙏🏻👍🏻 …
