I visited Travellin after 3 years on 20.09.26 for American Tourister Aerostep Luggage. Salesman taken me in their second shop which is in adjoining street entrance from exit of their shop. Salesman shows Aerostep as per my demand which is quite old & second model Fast Forward Luggage. When I leaving the shop worst part is salesman comment on me "BUS YE HI KARNE AAYE THE". I immediately ask what u have said he twisted the statement even 2nd salesman come & cover his statement. MEANS IF I NOT PURCHASED LUGGAGE FROM U AND SALESMAN SPENT 15 MINUTES IN SHOWING PRODUCT WHICH IS HIS DUTY SO YOUR SALESMAN LOOSES HIS TEMPER. This shop with 3rd class behaviour of staff and old material. I visited 3 years back at that time also they wasted my two days because after order of Luggages they try to sell old Luggages but still third class behaviour (NO IMPROVEMENT). Mr. Anuj/Mr.Chugh (owner) don't ask me what happen after reading this review simply check ur CCTV & listen audio of your salesman pathetic language as u have not trained or trained this attitude 2 ur Salesman. Even I tried 3 shops more in the area after that but nobody shows dirty luggages and stupid behaviour. That's why in your big 2 shops there is no customer.
