Did not sent a technician even after confirmation. Told me that they'll send it in 2-3 hours but no one called me. When I called them they started rejecting my calls.

Our kitchen chimney was serviced on 13th April 2024. I used to get my chimney serviced by Urban Company and was not at all satisfied but Radhe Chimney repair and service really did a great job, no dripping oil. Their service is great. I have no complaints even after 1 month of use.
Came and estimated 4400 rupees for motor repair and cleaning. Where same chimney is available at 5500 rupees in the market. Still I negotiated to 4000 Rupees to repair. Suddenly called me 2 days later that your panel is not working which was working when serviceman picked up the chimney. Asked me to get the panel changed. They suggested that if I will not get my panel repaired, my warranty of the motor repair will be void. So I have to pay the same amount to get my chimney repaired at which I can purchase new chimney. Pathetic service. Avoid If you can.
