Very disappointing experience. The owner is extremely rude, arrogant, and full of attitude. Instead of treating customers respectfully, he starts yelling over simple queries, which is completely unprofessional. The stitching quality was below expectations. They do not seem to have the expertise to properly stitch Indo-Western or Western outfits, and the final fitting and finishing were disappointing. The fabric quality also did not justify the price. Customer service and tailoring skills both need significant improvement. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for well-made custom clothing or a pleasant shopping experience.
