I went here with my sister. We were looking for bridal jewellery for her , I wasn’t particularly impressed. This place is good for influencers and people who need pieces for shoots. We got a very bohemian vibe fm their neck pieces but we were looking for heirloom pieces. My sister wanted to buy this anklet that she liked but on examination we realised its extremely impractical to wear. Not our cup of tea to be honest.

My parents visited your store in Delhi today. We live in Goa so they were visiting to help us take a decision. Their team member - Karan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that one should take an appointment to visit the store, but this can be conveyed in a polite manner. Disappointed.. please either train your staff better or simply hire better people.

He was also willing to customize the jewelry per my wishes. If you are considering visiting them for jewelry, just do it! Highly recommend them.

I had a thoroughly disappointing and distressing experience at this store today. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for and responded to my queries with a dismissive attitude. When I asked to see a particular piece, they rolled their eyes and sighed, making me feel like I was a bother. The lack of customer service skills was staggering. To top it off, they were overbearing and pushy when trying to make a sale. I was shocked and disheartened by the way I was treated. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff's behavior was a stark contrast to the beauty of the jewelry they sell. Hope the management takes steps to train their staff better.
