I have Hyundai Creta . I went to there shop to get my Evaporator coil (cooling coil ) replaced. They told me that they will put original Hyundai coil and deal was fixed. When the time to change the coil came first of all the box of the coil was not produced ,secondly I came to know that they were putting a Hanon Company coil which is O.E.M but half the cost when compared to a Hyundai packed coil. Then why should they charge me the rate of a Hyundai packaged coil. When I told them that I am taking this whole thing to Customer court . They started apologizing . They are thieves and wont recommend them to anyone . !!
No any knowledge only said kharcha bohot aayega ,third class service
