I hired Debarati as my wedding planner, not knowing much about her or Diwas, finding her through a google search. I read some amazing reviews about her and decided to do a virtual meeting since we live in the US but wanted our destination wedding to be in India.Instantly, Debarati and I connected, she is the most responsive professional you would ever meet, always on top of deadlines, vendors, follow ups. And my goodness how much follow up is involved in planning an Indian wedding :) We had a 2 day destination wedding in Jodhpur with 120 guest more than half visiting India for the first time. Debarati and her team were exceptional at my wedding planning, she has this beautiful characterstic of remaining calm through the storm. No matter what I would stress about or need she was there. There was a time I asked her help to choose my outfit and colors. There was a time I asked her to help me chase an online ethnic clothing brand that scammed us. There was a time I asked her to literally plan an entire tour for a group of 40 wedding guests coming to India for the first time, and she knew how to guide me, handled many excursions for us, made sure everyone was housed no matter how long they decided to stay in India. There was a time my dad asked Debarati to find me a priest who will conduct the marriage because we had no idea where to find one in Jodhpur. There was a time my best friend almost missed my wedding (which would have been a disaster) , she missed her 6 am flight with her mom and toddler, but Debarati helps find her a flight to another city nearby, gets her on a taxi to make it to my mehendi on time, all at 6 am on a busy chaotic wedding day. I didnt want to make this review too long, so I'm naming only a few out of the ordinary things she had done for me, none of which she was required to do or obliged to do. Debarati and I connected through the process sharing our stories, our joys and our frustrations. I found a friendship in her through this experience, and might I say you are lucky if she plans your wedding! <3

I am Dipak Kundu and I hired Diwas weddings for my daughters wedding in Kolkata and i must say they did a great job. We had an intimate wedding of 100 guests and they nailed the execution and coordination of all events. All our guests praised their hospitality. Guest transfers and check-ins were smooth. However the planning was a bit stressful since there were many aspects and we all were communicating from different locations but I am very impressed with how they have managed the entire event on spot. The decorations and entertainment, especially on the sangeet and wedding day was very impressive. I want to thank their entire team for their services. I hired Diwas weddings for my wedding in January 2025 and it was a great experience working with them. They selected the venue for us and got us a great deal. They engaged event services vendors for us who did great service for us. Their management team was always present to coordinate every aspect and make sure everything runs smoothly on the event date. Diwas was the planner of a wedding we recently attended and we have received very good service. Guest transfers and hotel check in was smooth and comfortable. Their help desk was responsive and attending requests pro actively. All the events were nicely decorated and music arrangements was very entertaining. Destination weddings could be stressful for a guest too as we were worried about our airport transfers and accommodation but we were worry here as soon as we landed, we knew we are in good hands. Their team has excellent management skills. They managed the logistics and ensured everything is on time.
