I have been coming to Kaya since 7 years. It has been great experience. I have pcod hence, my requirements have been massive. My therapist is Nisha Modi. She is so sweet and amiable. She takes good care of me, my skin is extremely sensitive and she is very particular while providing the treatment. Kaya gk is extremely well maintained and they also maintain proper hygiene for their clients. Overall my experience has been amazing.

I’ve been coming to Kaya for a little over a year now for my full-body laser hair reduction sessions, and I can genuinely say that my experience has been amazing! The team is professional, courteous, and really good at what they do. They also try their best to extend the best possible offers, which is always a plus. A very special shoutout to Ms. Rashmi, who does my sessions and is absolutely wonderful. I’ve become so comfortable with her over time, and she always makes sure I feel safe throughout the process. She checks in during every session, asks if I’m comfortable and satisfied, and always goes at my pace. What I love is that she’s super efficient without ever making the session feel rushed - she’s mindful of pain levels, especially in sensitive areas, and always shares helpful little tips and advice along the way. Truly a star! Another big plus for this branch is that they’re very well equipped. They have a really good cooling/air machine that makes laser on sensitive areas SO much more comfortable and significantly less painful for me. I had visited another Kaya branch earlier where this wasn’t available, so this is honestly a huge win! And the hospitality deserves a mention too - I’m always welcomed so warmly and offered iced tea or water, which is such a sweet touch. The clinic is clean, hygienic, and very well maintained, including the washroom, which is super convenient during longer sessions. All in all, a big thumbs up from me! If you’re considering laser hair reduction or skin treatments, I would definitely recommend giving Kaya a visit.
