I had a wonderful experience at Renew Derma Clinic. I took IV and laser sessions, and I am very satisfied with the results. Ms. Ritu was extremely sweet, cooperative, and professional. She explained everything patiently and made the entire experience very comfortable.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical clinic.This place operates like a sales centre, not a medical clinic. The doctor gave me hardly 5 minutes and then passed me on to an assistant who had no proper knowledge or clarity. Instead of a genuine consultation, they immediately pushed overpriced packages and kept forcing me to start the treatment the same day. This kind of pressure has no place in healthcare. I was clearly told on call that the consultation was free. When I refused to start the treatment immediately, they suddenly asked for ₹500 as consultation fees. I refused to pay because this was never mentioned earlier. After that, they simply said “it’s okay” and let it go. If it was genuinely a fee, how can it suddenly be flipped and waived off? This clearly shows the charge was only used as pressure, not policy. This is not about money, it’s about misleading patients and unethical practices. No professionalism. No transparency. No trust. Strongly advise people to stay away. I will also be posting this experience on my Instagram, so they know exactly who they met recently.
