Horrible, horrible experience. I went there through a recommendation. Forget treating you with extra care or attention, she doesn't even listen to your problems. You can sense when a doctor just wants to prescribe medication without being attentive or even listening to you. 1. Wrong diagnosis of skin issue. I spent thousands and a month on medication which was not even working. When I told her that there was no improvement, she was like, "Nai thoda toh hua hoga." Later, when I went to a different doctor, the diagnosis was completely different, and my issue got resolved in 5 days. 2. She performed laser surgery on a wart on my finger, which resurfaced within 2 months. My present doctor told me it was not completely removed from within.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The doctor did not conduct a proper assessment of my hair condition or evaluate the extent of hair loss. Medications and serum were prescribed without a detailed examination. Additionally, no clear instructions were provided regarding the application method, frequency of use, or expected treatment plan. I expected a more thorough consultation and better guidance
