Skynet Broadband

Using Skynet as my ISP from more than 10 years now. I couldn't remember any major downtime which I've to face (other than the old days when there was no router/ wifi and only a RJ-45 wire coming directly to my laptop, which keep on breaking itself). At around ~2013, after the first router was installed at my house, there were rarely any downtimes except for a few when the wire breaks from outside due to external reasons. In the year ~2018, Skynet upgraded from normal broadband to fibre net, after which I am getting lightening fast downloading speed. My only feedback would be to increase the upload speed a little bit. Like I'm 1/10th the speed of downloading as upload speed. Not that it is bad and I couldn't attend the online calls, or anything which requires high uploading speed in general, but it would be reassuring if it is increased a little bit more to match the numbers. Ive no complaints at all, and would really recommend the services of skynet to anybody. The best thing is even today, when Skynet has scaled to multiple folds- from being a cyber cafe to one of the major ISPs, the owner Sonu bhaiya himself answer the call and tell by when the network will be fine- which is rare, and could not be expected from any of the major ISPs. Rare downtime, quick resolution and ETA, good speed, and good price makes SKYNET what it is today.

Pura India ka sabse ghatiya broadband hai Inka and staff or onwer bhot rudely baat karte hai jaise wifi free mein usse kara rahe ho Mera recommend ye hai inka broadband na use kare waste of money and waste of time

They are fraud service provider, pathetic service, please don't ever use there service, if your internet connection is gone then don't expect it will ever come back .Use jio or airtel atleast they have there customer support, I paid for 3 months in advance my money is now gone

Good ISP, been using it for good 3 years now and have had very limited issues in connectivity even in worst weather conditions where most of the connections give up, thanks skynet. With that, i advise to extend your support to more general hous of the day rather than starting from 11 AM, this would help in buliding trust during any technical issues that may require immidiate attention

Pathetic, stay without internet connection but don't use skynet services. Unless you are using their broadband services they are okay, otherwise they won't return your security amount. I would have given 0 rating if that was the option.

Third class service provider. 2008 se inka broadband use kar raha hoon ab router mai problem aa rhi hai toh paise maang rahe hai router change karne ke. Jab router de nhi sakte customer ko toh paise kis baat ke maangte ho. 17 saal purani slip sambhalta rahoonga tumhare router ki security di thi saalo check karo apne server mai.

I have been a customer for the past 1 year and 3 months and have always made advance payments. Recently, I requested a refund due to a change in my location. Unfortunately, the process has been delayed for over a month, with no clear resolution. I am being redirected between representative and the owner, without any firm commitment on when the refund will be processed. I kindly request that this matter be resolved at the earliest."
