Airtel wifi service is very bad service
The installation was smooth But i have been following up with mr Bipin ji since 1 month now for sharing the bill as agreed. The bill hasn’t been shared yet and now the calls go unanswered.
In my society sec-7, Dwarka Apt the airtel internet connection is not good as per the existing customer review I heard so far. All your reviews are about airtel is that they install devices in time, professional work etc. But , what about the performance of the network? Can somebody share. If the network is good, I am willing to take their service. Do they guarantee for the service in written? Because, while taking connection everybody says our network service is best, like a rocket but after getting it our rocket speed disappears. 10 to 12 days network is ok, after that keeping calling the service provider daily as a part time job.

Good support from Mr Vipin Kumar. Installation as committed without any complaint.. Rest for Airtel extreme have taken 499 PKG and after use of 1 month no concern till the date . My suggestion to go with good and companies like Airtel and Jio... Rest all are no trust worthy

I would really like to say appreciate the work of Mr Kumar Bipin who was really good and genuine staff. The wifi Installation was very fast as he said. It was hassle-free work done by Mr Kumar Bipin and also the engineer Mr Barti Pintu. This is called customer first, the company should really give them an application letter for their good work, thank you once again
Mr. Bipin Kumar Dubey has got the fiber connections done in a day itself. He did what he said. The work of the engineering team has been excellent. Overall it has been a great experience. I am happy with everything and I would recommend others to go ahead with it as well.
Mr Bipin Kumar Dubey have been extremely proactive and helpful, be it submission of necessary documents and or coordination with engineering team for installation. Even reinstalling connection during shifting residence, was smoothly conducted without any hassle. Overall it has been a great experience.
