Worst service……honestly our WiFi is blinking red from last 5 days hampering our office work..still not resolved
can someone resolve the issue(ticket number: 78525665) or you are here just to collect money and assign third class local vendor who never respond. even customer care said today after 3 days, it is not their responsibility to resolve issue they just create ticket. excitel is worst service provider in delhi. Dont trust or buy any plan from them.
