GENUINE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK BELOW: PATHETIC SERVICE I EVER SEEN. I want to relocate My internet connection and I called them atleast 100 times but they are not responding my calls atleast once till date. They will not care about service. Once you become old they will start ignoring you. Also, they are giving FAKE rating from their employees. They will not deserve 1 star 🌟 rating as well but I have no option because no zero rating. Please do not buy excitel internet otherwise they will become a BIG headache for you. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

No installation done from last 10 days.... they are complete liars, please don't buy this connection. Better you can choose any other isp, rather than super slow service provider. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very very bad service Excitel broadband service I have to complain 3 days No Response any type of services

Worst experience, bad service....raise a complaint since 9 days.... completely liars...always say coming in 1 hour but nobody come till 9 days for shifting the router....cheated person close the tickets by own without giving the service as their time period for particular ticket is to be going end....i raised the complaint again on Excitel....again Close the ticket by own ....such a faulty staff....completely liars....not having manners of behave with customer.

The internet connection itself worked well. There was almost no downtime, and even if it went down occasionally, the issue was resolved very quickly. Based on the service quality during usage, the connection was reliable. However, the after-sales service was extremely poor. I terminated my connection 5 months ago, yet they still hadn’t refunded my ₹2000 security deposit. It was very frustrating and unprofessional, and required multiple follow-ups. ****Update**** : Finally received the refund today after repeated follow-ups.

Dont go for excitel. First i was facing connection issues in wifi and it takes 2-3 days to fix issue by them. They dont even care about ticket raised by customer. Once my ticket was unresolved for 3-4 months and they didn't called once to fix issue. And now i terminated my connection they told me i will get my refund in 45 days and i have to submit my router to local service provider. And then after 45 days they said they got router from local service provider just few days back. And now after another 45 days they are saying it will take 90 days to refund. They are just making excuses like they dont even care and repeating same line "maaf kr dijiye sir" and dont even answering what i am asking to them. Just repeating same and same line again and again. It is so triggering when you ask when should your query be resolved and they says "maaf kr dijiye ap wait kr dijiye". Just go with airtel or jio fibre.

Worst internet service ever, it's been more than 2 days of no connectivity even after calling customer care again and again giving the same reply it will take 4 hours after that no one is picking up calls or answering, issue is still i will never recommend excitel to anyone.

Agar koi sabse kharab broadband hai to Excitel . Mere salon me laga hua hai kabi koi issue ho to call karne par bolte hain usko call kro , wo bolega agle ko karo 1 year me 20+ numbers aa gye hain mere paas . Problem sort out krne me 8 hours lga dete hain . And speed wowww...isse fast mere phone ka 4g data chalta hai . And answer dete hain engineer k aapne counter pe lgaya hai router isliye aisa hota hai ..shame on your engineers and service
