This company is completely fraudulent. They sent an executive using a different name and, instead of properly repairing the RO, they forced us to purchase an AMC plan. After taking the AMC payment, they failed to provide proper service. The owner, Vipin, keeps giving false excuses, saying that his executive Sonu is no longer associated with the company. He repeatedly assured us that the RO would be repaired, but no executive visited for service. Later, Mr. Vipin demanded an additional ₹900 for filter replacement. Moreover, earlier they had replaced the original filter with a duplicate/fake one. Their service is highly unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest. Customers should be cautious before dealing with this company.

My experience with this RO service vendor has been very poor. An executive visited our home under a different name and, instead of properly repairing the RO, convinced us to purchase an AMC plan. After collecting the AMC payment, the company failed to provide the promised service. The owner, Mr. Vipin, repeatedly assured us that the RO would be repaired, but no technician ever visited. Later, he demanded an additional ₹900 for filter replacement despite the AMC already being active. We also discovered that the original filter had previously been replaced with what appeared to be a duplicate or non-genuine filter. Whenever we requested service, different excuses were given. The company now claims that the executive, Mr. Sonu, who sold us the AMC, is no longer associated with them. However, from a customer’s perspective, the company remains responsible for the commitments made by its representatives and for honoring the AMC purchased through them. Another concerning issue is that they previously claimed to be associated with Pureit, but based on our experience, this claim appears questionable and should be independently verified by customers before proceeding. Even after my complaint and multiple follow-ups, Mr. Vipin called and again promised a visit and part replacement, but till date no service has been provided. I strongly advise customers to be cautious before purchasing an AMC or taking RO services from this vendor. Taking money is quick, but when it comes to providing service, they keep making excuses and fail to fulfill their commitments. Very unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing experience.
